Welcome to the SOU Bursar’s Office! Our office provides support and services related to:
- Student account and billing information
- Student payment processing
- Student payment refund processing
- External student financial aid such as scholarships and Veterans Affairs funding
- Delivery of student financial aid refunds
- Collection of delinquent student accounts
- Processing of departmental deposits
- Banking and merchant services for Southern Oregon University departments
- Third-party invoicing
The Bursar’s Office, also known as Student Accounts & Balances, is a division of Business Services. We are under the leadership of the Vice President of Finance and Administration as well as the Director for Business Services & Controller.
